Unable to generate any builds in Flare v5

I tried to generate a WebHelp & MyHTMLHelp build today without success. I have not had any problems with generating a build but now for reasons beyond my understanding, when I try to generate a build I get the error message attached. Could anyone plse assist in resolving this issue?

Where does that message pop up? Before the build gets started, after it's progressed a bit, or at the end? If it's either of the last two, what is the last thing that the build screen says before the error appears? From the message, though, it sounds more like an issue with Flare than with a particular topic in Flare, so you might need to reinstall Flare or the .NET platform.

Thanks for responding LTinker68. When I start to generate a build, it starts to compile the topics as if there is no problem, then after it has progressed a bit the message below is displayed.

I ran Analyzer (v2.3) to see if any problems would be identified in there and couldn't see any obvious errors. However something seems to have fixed the problem, (I don't know what) as I am now able to generate a build without any problems!

At one point, sometimes i get a System Memory out of error exception. Its rare, usually happens i've been building projects repeatedly. I restarted my PC,memory issue resolved and all was fine. The PC i am using is not exactly super new, about 4 years old.
