You know how you can easily set HTML Help TOC Options to show folders (instead of books) with plus/minus signs and lines between items? Is there any easy way to do this for WebHelp? Personally, I like the books. Unfortunately, my department does not, and I cannot figure out an easy way to do this with WebHelp.
Thanks,

To change the ico(s), open the TOC you use to build the help. Right click the folder/ topic, select properties and click the advanced tab. You are looking for the HTML help icon drop down about 1/3 of the way down.

Thanks, Steve. I tried your suggestion, but that changes only how the icons look in the Flare interface. I'm trying to change how they look in the generated WebHelp, complete with working plus/minus signs and linking lines.

Any other suggestions?
Re: Folder icons in WebHelp TOC?
I don't think you're going to be able to get the plus/minus signs and linking lines for WebHelp output. You could put in a feature request at http://www.madcapsoftware.com/bugs/submit.aspx asking for the ability.
If you want a different icon for all of the books or all of the topics, you can create your own icons and specify them in the skin. If you want to change just a single book or topic icon, then you create a class in the skin, specify the icon to use for that class, then apply that class to the TOC entry via the TOC entry's Properties screen.
