I've created a support case about an issue I'm having generating WebHelp. This was almost 3 weeks ago, and after uploading the project file to MadCaps's FM server, I've had no response.
I see that there is a page for submitting support requests and another for submitting bugs and feature requests.
Is there a page where I can track my support requests? Is there a page where I can view bugs and feature requests submitted by other users?

There isn't a web page to track issues, but I am sure you will get a status when you contact support again.

I took to creating an e-mail box for my Flare support/bug/feature request cases. Each one is assigned a tracking number (it's in the e-mail), so if you reference that in an e-mail to MadCap, I'm sure they will be able to look up the details on their side.

You could always call them at 888-madcap1 and ask for the status, or reply back to the ticket email, that will aleart them also
