Repeat table header in long table online?

Post by pdxwordsmith »

Not sure if this should be in the import, stylesheet, or webhelp output topic (is there a way to cross-post?)... and I can't find anything specific about this in the help.

I have a long table in my Frame source. The table headers repeat on each page. I'd like to be able to specify that the table headers repeat every so often in the table online. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks.

Hello,

Since there is only one page in the online output, the table header is just behaving as expected, no ? Kidding.
Maybe you should rather investigate the topic layout instead of the table properties itself. This tip might help:

This thread could also be of interest if it is possible for your users to print from the online help:

I like this (elegant!) solution, but it's a little beyond me to implement (for something that's not at the top of the page). I decided to add extra headers and conditionalize them for online only.

Thanks for the tip.
