Indexes not merging in merged HTML help

The index in my merged help system has not included any entries from my sub-chms - only the entries from the master chm are displayed.

I know everything is set up correctly (binary index option selected, etc) because this was working. I have noticed the error since we upgraded to Flare 5.

I think the problem seems to be that a .chw file is not created when compiling, but i'm not sure where to go from here. Any ideas, anyone?

OK, i think i've managed to suss this out.

I had to re-reg itcc.dll, which didn't immediately fix the problem. I also had to remove and then re-add the Binary Index option to each of my sub-projects.

I have the same problem, I am getting no merged index and this used to work. I think this stopped working when I upgraded to 4.2.1.

I have tried re-registering itcc.dll and changed all my indexes to Binary again (this seemed to change the inaryStorage="True" to inaryStorage="true") however I am still getting no index entried

Any ideas?

Yes the search works, but I cant ship it like that to my customers with no index
