We have created one project that has approximately 1000 files which is divided into 8 or 9 books. We need to create a link to a different external document for each of the 9 books in our project. Each book contains approximately 100 files.
Does flair have the capability to do a batch editing so we don't have to open each file and to create the link to the external document?
Any help would be appreciated because I would be the one adding each of these links if there is no batch editing functionality.

AFAIK there is nothing like batch editing in Flare. But why not use the master page or page layout (depending on your output) to place the link on every page of your output?

Can you create a masterpage for each of the 9 'books' and add the link to the masterpage?

Should work for online and Word output.
