Formatting Mini TOC levels

I would like to remove the 9 levels displayed in my current mini toc but am unable to locate any information on how to do so. Can someone please advise where I can locate this information or advise how to do it so there is only one (underlined) link displayed in my mini toc? This is becoming highly frustrating for me as I have a deadline to have this output generated by and "I can't see the woods for the trees".

I believe (though I'm not 100% sure since I'm somewhat new to Flare) that you first need to set the depth of the miniTOC to 1 (right-click on the miniTOC proxy, select Edit Mini-TOC Proxy then set TOC Depth to 1). Then you need to change the p.miniTOC1 style in the stylesheet to be formatted the way you want (i.e., set Font > Effects to underline).

Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
