Awhile back I posted several times on the subject of the search function in WebHelp Plus. I wanted to check back with any Flare users out there who have been successful with WebHelp Plus over a secure network. I work at a hospital, so there is no chance that security measures will change to accommodate my knowledge bases/online help. On the other hand, I absolutely need to offer full-text searches of PDFs.
One probable issue is that I do not have full administrative rights on my own machine (XP). However, even when logged in as an administrator the results do not change. The server is running Windows 2003 and IIS.
If anyone has had success in a similar situation, please let me know.
