TableStyle Errors Being Returned When File is There

I have a project that uses two different tablestyles. When I compile I am receiving error message stating that the basic.css tablestyle is missing. The file is in the project, is in the folder on the network, and stored in source control.

I removed the file, left the links, created a new file and renamed it to the original name which picked up the links, then renamed it back to the new name because it was displaying errors with the original name. Still displayed the errors during the compile.

Open one of the topics containing that table style, but open the topic in the Internal Text Editor. Check at the very top of the topic for where it thinks the table stylesheet is located. Even though you see the table stylesheet file itself in the project, it could be that the topics using the basic.css stylesheet are pointing to a stylesheet in a different project or elsewhere.
