Hi,

I'm importing an FM9 book into Flare 5 and am getting this error: An Item with the Same Key has already been added

Can anyone suggest a solution?

Flare 5 does not like duplicate TopicAlias markers - please see this thread http://forums.madcapsoftware.com/viewto ... f=5&t=9493 I've also found the same thing happens when you have duplicate Hypertext "specifiy named destnation" text. Flare 4 does not exhibit this behaviour - I recommend you raise a bug report and hopefully it will be fixed soon. In the meantime you are going to have to track down those duplicate markers and either delete one of them or make it so they are unique.

Thanks Greg. Any suggestions for easily finding the duplicate TopicAlias markers and Hypertext "specify named destination" text?

For duplicate hypertext destinations, open your Frame doc and hit Escape v h (escape, then v, then h)
For duplicate Topic Alias markers, create an alphabetic list of markers in FrameMaker (Special>List of>), select TopicAlias, and scan down the list until you find two the same
