Every time I want to link to a glossterm, I have to do an extra click to choose the glossary I created, instead of the "Glossary" that came with the templates in the project.
I don't see anywhere to specify a default inside the Flare interface, and a v12 doc/forum search came up empty.
Can I specify a default glossary?

Re: Can I specify a default glossary?
Hi,
Prior to Flare 12, manually linking a glossary term would automatically find the correct glossary and link the term. I recently inquired about this change in functionality and I received the following response:

It doesn't sound like they plan on restoring the original functionality. However, if they hear from enough of us, they may decide to do something about it.There was a new feature added in Flare that allows you to either associate a previous glossary term with the word that was selected or create a new one. This is by design to allow for more glossary functionality.

Thanks, Joe. I'll log a regression/feature request.

Re: Can I specify a default glossary?
Do you need the glossary file that came with the template? If not, why not just delete it? Hopefully, Flare 12 would then assume, there being only one glossary file, that that's the one you want. Just a guess. I didn't test this.

Re: Can I specify a default glossary?
I thought of that, but get a little nervous about deleting things in Flare, since it will let you do so, even if there are dependencies. I am fairly certain I did not use a single term in the original glossary, so it should be fine to kill off.
I'll export my project, do the delete, and see if anything blows up.
