Hi,
I'm running Flare on Windows 2012 r2, I've just updated Flare to the latest version (Flare 14) and after the update, the Flare software can't start.
I'm getting the send report window instead.
What can I do?

Flare request for new licensing after instance type changes
Hi,
I'm using Flare on AWS EC2 and today I have increased the resources of the instance so it will handle the software better.
The issue is now Flare requests for new licensing, how can I use my old licensing on the upgraded EC2 instance?
