Tooltip appearance in Flare 2019R2 output

If I generate my HTML5 project in Flare 2019 R2, the tooltip ends up in smaller text and under the cursor.
If I generate the same HTML5 project in Flare 2018 R2, the tooltip shows properly. Looking back, it must have been OK in the earlier version of Flare 2019.

I'm going to submit this to Flare as a bug too. I didn't create our stylesheets or skins so I'm hoping they can figure this out without me have to make changes there.

I'm also noticing improper behavior in the language pop-up too. In the 2019 output, it is cropped. In 2018 the whole window displays.

Still no update for this issue.
I haven't heard from MadCap support, but our organization sometimes blocks replies from them.

Tool tip appears right in Flare 2019r2 in our project.
Note: I have one language.

Flare has confirmed the Tool Tip issue as a bug.
I have sent a sample translated project for the investigation of the second issue.

I think I'm going to roll back to the original Flare 2019 version for now, and skip the R2.

I've rolled back to Flare 2019 after uninstalling 2019 R2.

I had some time to test, so I installed the December release of 2019r2. Unfortunately the same issues exist and I had to again roll back to the first Flare 2019 release. I've opened a new support case since neither of my original problems have been addressed.

I have to say I've been pretty disappointed with Flare 2019 R2.
I've been working with support but still don't have these issues fully resolved.

2019R2 obviously changed something in the way Flare displayed the tooltip and language selection lists.
Based on support's input I've been altering the CSS in an attempt to restore the previous font size formatting, but so far I can't generate an acceptable output with Flare 2019R2 due to the tooltip text ending up behind the cursor and the language list being cut off at the bottom of the screen.
