Right now I'm at a loss: I search for a word, I get the search result and the glossary is at the top of the list ...
1. I don't want the glossary in that list - ever!
I open the glossary by clicking on the link at the top of the results and cannot find the word - because it's hidden in the dropdowns somewhere.
2. IF I cannot help the glossary being listed at least I want to see where the word is!
Any workarounds?

Does your project have a glossary.htm file in the content explorer?

If you have a glossary.html page, you should exclude it from the online output using conditions, then re-generate your project.

No. The project has glossaries in the project organizer / glossaries and a masterpage in resources / masterpages ...Richard Ferrell wrote:Does your project have a glossary.htm file in the content explorer?

I wonder if it's because of the way HTML Help includes a glossary by making a book for it? You don't have direct access to that book through Flare's GUI, so there isn't a way to exclude it from the search. And there isn't a glossary proxy for online help, so you can't create a topic manually, insert the proxy, and exclude the topic. I don't know enough about HTML Help output to know if there's a way to modify the glossary feature as an after-build task.
