Graphic Trouble

I hope you guys don't mind my constant pestering...

I have this graphic in a topic. I added callouts and everything with Capture - looks great. In the topic, I inserted the graphic in the next line after a note. However, in the PDF output, the graphic appears about 2 inches below the note. I've tried changing various position settings, but nothing changes. Any ideas?

You could try opening the topic in the Internal Text Editor to see if there is some inline style or empty set of tags in the topic adding the spacing, but the most likely culprit is in the stylesheet. If you don't see that gap in online output then it's probably in the print medium, although I'd still check both. Check the img tag (although that would affect all images) and the tag that's containing the image tag, such as a paragraph, div, blockquote, etc. Also, check the margin-bottom and padding-bottom attributes of the preceding tag, which you mentioned is a note, so it's probably a specific paragraph class.
