Next Search Result Selection

Now my WebHelp Plus output is published and working fine I'm looking at some user feedback tweaks. One question that came up is the ability to navigate through the search results more easily.

I have added Next Topic/Previous Topic buttons on each page but of course these allow the user to click from one topic to the next based on the TOC order. When a user is using the Search tab and get a gajillion results is there any way that they can click through each result and see the output? At the moment they click on each result separately, but what I need is some quick way of being able to go 'next, 'next', 'next' through the search results and see each ouput before deciding that this isn't the right topic.

Is this even possible? is there (hopefully) some whizzy option in the Skin I didn't know existed?
