Thumbnail images bloating project size.

Hi all,
Is there anyway to reduce the size, or image format that Flare uses, to cut down the filesize of the thumbnail images? All my screenshots etc are png files, roughly 40KB for a standard screenshot, but the thumbnail file that flare produces is about 80KB and in JPEG. Thats basically tripling file size for the sake of a smaller image as a thumbnail....this doesnt make sense. I have around 5,500 screenshots and images. Not all are using thumbnails, but probably 80% are, and thats a big different in storage space required, and load times.

Any way to reduce file size?
