launching web help topic from external application

Hi,
We use Flare for our help system and reference book and very happy with it! We have just a little question for being total satisfied. :)

We have our own application with context help buttons on some parts of GUI. We are interested to launch specific WebHelp topics related with this parts of GUI in web browser from our application.
We can launch now html files from WebHelp like C:/Output/MyWebHelp/Content/test.htm (2nd case on picture), but we are interested to launch topic with full WebHelp interface (case 1 on picture). How to achieve it?
