I'm shipping an HTML5 site to a customer alongside their custom software on servers that do not have access to the public internet. I'd like (as part of a wider investigation ito the low rate of adoption for the s/w ) to track usage of the Help. Before I've used Google Analytics and rely on Central's Analytics for my other sites. Neither of these is an option here.
What I'm looking for therefore is something that can provide me with some basic analytics--pages visited, search terms used--that can be hosted alongside our installation probably only for a short time. As ever, cost's an issue.
Our UX expert came up with a couple of suggestions (Matomo, CardioLog), but they were huge and required a good deal of setup (and in some cases were expensive).
Has anyone hit this issue and found a neat solution?
